Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) establishes the conditions under which customers, users, and third parties may use the services, systems, and infrastructure provided or managed by Nyverra Tecnologia LTDA.
Permitted Uses
Operation of the customer's business systems and applications within the contracted scope.Authorized remote access for administration, support, and operation of contracted environments.Legitimate data traffic related to the customer's business activities.Prohibited Uses
Hosting or distributing illegal or malicious content, or content that infringes third-party rights.Sending spam, phishing, or any form of messaging system abuse.Network scanning, intrusion attempts, or vulnerability exploitation against third-party systems from managed infrastructure.Cryptocurrency mining using contracted resources without express authorization.Any activity that violates applicable Brazilian laws, including LGPD, Marco Civil da Internet, and the Carolina Dieckmann Law.Customer Responsibilities
Keep access credentials secure and immediately report any compromise.Ensure end users are aware of and comply with this AUP.Obtain software licenses and legal authorizations for systems operated on contracted infrastructure.Violations & Penalties
Nyverra reserves the right to immediately suspend services in the event of a serious violation of this AUP, notifying the customer within 2 hours. Violations that constitute unlawful acts will be reported to the competent authorities.
